Well everyone. I decided that The Arcade Fire were too good to steal songs from so I (with my mom’s help) went and bought their new album….NEON BIBLE. It’s a great album and is just as good, if not better than the first one, I would highly recomend it, but if you haven’t heard them, get the first one Funeral, if not, you won’t like the album. I think you have to respect the band to really like it. It’s a really good album and I think that it’s about WWIII and Religion, I can’t really tell…
The track list go’s something like this
1. Black Mirror
2. Keep the Car Running
3. Neon Bible
4. Intervention
5. Black Wave/Bad Vibrations
6. Ocean of Noise
7. The Well and the Lighthouse
8. Antichrist Television Blues
9. Windowsill
10. No Cars Go
11. My Body is a Cage

It was a breezy Saturday morning on March 10th. I had to take Jed over to a Boy Scout Pow Wow early. Abby was awake and wanted to join me on the drive. I thought how much fun it would be to fly a kite. Abby and I went over to Wal-Mart and picked up a Dora the Explorer kite for Abby and a cool blue Navy Thunderbird airplane kite for me.
When we returned home, Bridget heard of our plan and wanted to join us. Dora was a great little kite. Of course I had to buy extra string to get the kite up as high as possible. Dora soared to 200 feet with ease. The cool blue Navy Thunderbird airplane kite went to 300 feet.
Bridget and her friend, McKell, choregraphed this gymanstic routine for our ward’s Primary in Excellence program…it’s a talent show. The girls take tumbling together. I think that Bridget came up with the outfits since both shirts and ribbons are hers. She wanted me to “buy” them new outfits for the event, but I said “No.” At least Bridget can come up with cute outfits with what she has on hand…she’s got good fashion sense.
Dallen and his buddies were off to ski on President’s day, so Bridget and I thought it would be fun to do the same. But we visited Snowbird instead of Brighton.
The snow was really deep. Poor Bridget had to fight through 15 inches of fresh powder all day. The snow came so quickly that even the groomed trails were covered with snow. I was tired, so I can only imagine how much harder it was for Bridget to ski in over the knee deep snow.
My favorite part of the day: taking Bridget through the Snowbird tunnel and into Mineral Basin. It was fun that Bridget was the first member of the family to go through the tunnel.
