The 1980′s Live On

Sis participated, along with Little Sis, in their dance studio’s performance of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Sis was in other dances that were of the Charlie theme, but the studio director liked a certain song and wanted a dance choreographed to it to start the show.

So it was up to the  Jazz teacher to choreograph this little number. Sis does not like this dance, however, because she says that it is an 80′s dance. All of the moves are 80′s moves. Her teacher is from the 80′s. Apparently all of the dancers moaned and groaned throughout rehearsals while learning it. I, on the other hand, think that it is a cute dance. But I guess I would since the 80′s were my decade. I was 15-25 years old in the 1980′s. I drip with the 80′s. And I’m proud of it.
