Jed, Abby, and I visited This is the Place Heritage Park with Grandma Baldwin and the Parker family. The day started out blustery and cool, but warmed up as the afternoon wore on. The last time we visited the Park, it was Pioneer Day in 2002. There were shoulder-to-shoulder people all over the Park that day. This day was much more manageable with few visitors. We were able to meander through the buildings and exhibits and take part in the activities. It was a fun day.
Abby and I visited the Living Planet Aquarium in Sandy with some of the Parker gang: Jodi, Mason, Lilly, Olivia, and JT. We enjoyed viewing all of the water habitat, local and tropical. It was pretty crowded, however, as you may notice from the background noise. It must have been because the weather was cool. Enjoy the movie.
Grandpa Graff, Grandpa and Grandma Baldwin, and the Babcock family joined us on Sunday evening for some Easter Egg Hunting, dinner, lounging, and nonsense in the backyard. Enjoy.
Of course, everyone loves to play with the iMac camera. Photo Booth has to be one of the best applications to keep kids entertained. Here’s poor little Taylor who just had a hard time sitting still — at least until he was introduced to the iMac.
What the Baldwin extended family has been waiting for! The Thanksgiving Eve Slideshow. I couldn’t resist adding more than just Sack Game photos. There were too many good ones to pass up. So enjoy more memories from the fun-filled evening. We wish everyone was there. Maybe next year… :-).
“Twas’ the night before Thanksgiving, and all through the dwelling, everyone was laughing and giggling and yelling.”
We enjoyed a Thanksgiving Eve dinner at Grandpa and Grandma Baldwin’s house with the Babcock family. There were seatings in the kitchen, the living room, and the master bedroom. The food was yummy. The entertainment was funny.
Watch the movie for a recap of the night, which included food, conversation, and games. Watch for a future slideshow showcasing the talents of family members during “The Sack Game.”
But the highlight of the movie, by far, is “Grunt Piggy Grunt.” Enjoy
Michelle sent these pictures of her son Jake over this morning. It was his crazy hair day at Jake’s school. Too good not to post.
Loved it Jake!
Today is “CRAZY” hair day at school for Jake. He wanted to do his hair like ?Brian’s or like his friend Chase. Who by the way, had a real MOHAWK compliments of his mom. We made a comprimise that ended up looking like a cross between a mohawk and Ace Ventura. Jake seemed pleased and happy!

The Brad and Eric Baldwin families joined the Parkers on a Lagoon outing last Saturday. It was Steven’s company day at Lagoon, so we took advantage of the discount tickets and crashed their company lunch and awards ceremony. The favorite ride was, of course, Wicked. The line was ridiculous, about an hour wait. Was it worth it? I guess. My body is getting too old for the rides. Unfortunately I have a good 10 years or so of attending and participating with Abby. Joy.
Bridget and Alexis are best of friends. And it appears that Lilly and Abby are about to be the same way. Here’s a quick shot from Mason’s baptism weeked.
All the kids got together this holiday season to have a little dinner. The only missing kids were Scott and his wife Jeana — they’re off in Texas. Brian was also out to a travel soccer team event with one of his kids. We all enjoyed the socializing and eating a big pile of pasta at Macaroni Grill.
