Once upon a time there was a Book that we were told was written for our day. At first, it didn’t appear to exhibit many parallels to modern times, so we scratched our heads over this oft repeated declaration. However, as the years passed by the parallels became clearer–and clearer–until one day we all exclaimed in unison: “Oh my Gosh! This Book was written for our day!” But then, only a few weeks passed and our day exhibited even more parallels to the Book. And, yea, we all looked about us in amazement, for the Book was, without doubt, written for our day!
